Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of moneyleash.com and the MoneyLeash waitlist (the "Site"). The Site is run by Bidwell LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Bidwell," "we," "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What MoneyLeash is today

MoneyLeash is an early prototype of a wallet that AI agents can spend from, inside rules their owner sets. Right now:

• It uses play money only. No real money moves, and nothing on the Site can be used to pay for anything.
• There are no public accounts. The Site only collects waitlist signups.
• Any demos, screenshots, balances, or sample agent profiles are illustrations using play money.
• Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an account or any agreement to provide you a service.

2. Not a bank. Not financial advice.

• Bidwell LLC is not a bank, money transmitter, broker, or investment adviser, and holds no financial licenses. Nothing on the Site is insured by the FDIC or any other agency.
• We don't hold, move, or accept deposits of anyone's money. If MoneyLeash ever handles real payments, we plan to do it through licensed third-party providers (such as crypto wallet providers or virtual card issuers) under their own terms. Our intent is that MoneyLeash will never hold customer funds itself.
• Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial product, or an offer to provide financial services anywhere.

3. No guarantee of launch or features

Everything we say about the future, including features, supported AI agents, providers, pricing, timing, and countries, is a plan, not a promise. We may change or drop any of it, or never launch. Please don't rely on the Site when making financial or business decisions.

4. The waitlist and our emails

You must be 18 or older to join. Use your own email address and give us accurate information. By joining, you agree that we may email you about MoneyLeash early access. You can unsubscribe anytime. We may remove any signup or close the waitlist at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• sign up anyone else, or use bots, scripts, or fake addresses to sign up;
• get around rate limits or other security measures, or overload, scrape, or disrupt the Site;
• probe or test the Site for vulnerabilities without our permission (if you find a problem, please tell us at privacy@moneyleash.com);
• upload malware, or submit anything unlawful, abusive, infringing, or containing someone else's personal information;
• impersonate anyone or suggest that we endorse you; or
• use the Site in a way that breaks any law.

We may block anyone who breaks these rules from using the Site.

6. Our name and content; other companies' marks

The Site and its content, including the MoneyLeash name, logo, and "moneyleash" wordmark, belong to Bidwell LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy our name or logo, or use them in a way that could confuse people, without our written permission.

Names of AI agents, AI companies, payment networks, crypto platforms, and other products mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to describe compatibility or plans. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

If you send us ideas or feedback, including in the waitlist form, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Links to other sites

The Site may link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. We don't promise that the Site will be available, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bidwell LLC and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. If you misuse the Site

If your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer outside the US, you keep any protections the mandatory laws of your country give you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if a change is significant we may also email the waitlist. If you keep using the Site after an update, the new Terms apply.

13. Other legal terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it. We may transfer these Terms to a successor; you may not transfer them without our consent.
